At Luka & Me, we take pride in crafting high-quality, handmade ceramics. Due to the unique nature of our products, we have the following returns policy in place:

Change of Mind

As each piece is handmade and small-batch, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out if you need more details before purchasing.

Faulty Items

Sometimes accidents happen and should your item/s arrive faulty, we will provide you with a refund. 

Returns Process:

• If your Luka & Me product/s are faulty, please email lukaandmereturns@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel, with images of the faults. We will be in touch with next steps.

P.S. Please keep in mind that each Luka & Me piece is handcrafted, meaning slight variations in size, glaze, and texture are part of the beauty of handmade pottery. These are not considered faults but a signature of our craftsmanship.
